Francine Hancock is a boutique agency for small and medium businesses serving the Beauty Industry + More, We specialize in operational efficiency and solve business problems by utilizing or integrating CRM and other software solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook  Asana, Trello, Slack Google Docs, and Microsoft Teams. 

We will work closely with the customer to analyze business processes against the standard software functionality and then offer solutions to meet business needs, with or without the use of our implementation team. 

Typical Tasks Include:  

•      Management of the schedule, scope, and budget of the project. 

• Building positive relationships with customers

• Analyzing the business objectives of the stakeholder and develop solutions to their business issues

• Eliciting and documenting current business processes

• Identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

• Translating business requirements to functional requirements and future state business processes, which are passed to our Developers
